Co-Founder
O'SHALIQUE BASS, MA, PCCI
O’Shalique Bass is a Co-Founder of S.A.G.A. Oshalique is a Clinical Mental Health Clinician in San Joaquin County. Oshalique earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from the Arizona State University and a master’s degree in clinical mental health from the University of Redlands. She has been in the mental health field for over 10 years. Her passion to help others navigate through traumas and tribulations is a journey that she is committed to for the rest of her life. As a former collegiate athlete, she has gained firsthand experience of the pressures and emotional strain that come with playing at a high level; which lead to the birth of S.A.G.A. “Due to not having an identifiable outlet to help me with my own struggles as an athlete, forced me to educate and create a services for athletes and coaches that will preserve the human behind the sport.”

AARON WHITE, LPCC, PPSC
Aaron White, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, School Psychologist and a Co-Founder of S.A.G.A. Aaron’s love and passion for sports set the tone for himself as a clinician. As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete, Aaron saw firsthand how athletes were viewed mainly for their talents while the humanistic traits were often overlooked. Aaron understands the importance of bridging the gap between mental health and athletics in order to protect the human behind the sport.

GUYVANS RICHARD
Guyvans Richard is former collegiate athlete at Mount Saint Mary University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with minors in Sociology and Legal Studies. He has a wealth of experience working with developing young athletes. His passion lies in helping others become the best version of themselves as well as engaging and protecting the community. “I joined SAGA because as a former collegiate athlete, I encountered many struggles that others find themselves in while trying to balance life on and off the field. To know that I get to work with an amazing team as we seek to find solutions for an issue that has been overlooked is very exciting and rewarding.”
