ABOUT US
We are a mental health consulting team comprised of former collegiate student athletes, whose interest and commitment to sports persists through our post-graduate lives. Our intention is to provide services to help athletes and coaches preserve the human behind the sport through our love and passion for athletics along with our professional consultation

S.A.G.A SIRCLES
This is comprised of a few sessions in a more focused and small groups that allow
maximum participation and impact for the athlete. We spend a portion of the time conversing and
demonstrating the power of physiology and mindfulness. We then transition to the topic of the session
whether it is Core Values, Fears, Pressure, Purpose and what it takes to be great. Athletes at this point
are more engaged because of the familiarity of who we are and encouraged to share during our
processing through strategic questions.
OUR GAME PLAN
Problem Worth Solving
The athletic culture is filled with the most incredible people in the world. They are people who dedicate hours and hours to perfect their bodies, master their craft and express their love for the game. As sports become more demanding and our world more chaotic, athletes continue to be impacted mentally, emotionally and physically. There has been a recent increase in suicides, homicides and substance abuse which seems to be influenced by societal pressures, overwhelming expectations, and emotional highs and lows. These can be impactful to anyone's wellbeing; however, athletes are expected to perform at optimum levels despite off the field stressors. A major problem is that society has taken a reactive approach to an athlete's problems rather than creating a preventative action plan for them.
Our Solution
As former collegiate student athletes, we understand having a game plan affords us a higher level of success. The foundation of our solutions is to be preventive and not reactive. The S.A.G.A's innovative plan of action is to empower each athlete to be resilient, proficient, and effective change agents through regulating their emotions, exercising a healthy mental state, and utilizing the self-efficacy that lies within.
